Coor continued its efforts to promote diversity in 2021. Coor’s workforce reflects the diversity of its customers and of society as a whole. We believe different perspectives help us to become more creative, more profitable and better at listening to others. Coor was one of the first companies to join the “Young people in working life” programme, which helps people at risk of being marginalised, coordinated by the Deaconess Foundation and pension provider Varma. The programme is designed to help 16 to 29-year-olds who are at risk of social exclusion to find employment.
During the year, Coor signed several contracts with companies that operate throughout Finland, including two logistics firms – Matkahuolto and PostNord. In September, Coor also entered into a contract with Evidensia, which provides veterinary services.
